• What are the dues for The Colonies?

The dues at The Colonies are $115 per month (as of January 2025).

• How can I pay my dues?

You can send a check, money order, or cashier's check to Realty Resource Systems, PO Box 51767, Knoxville, TN 37950. You may also drop off checks at 8200 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919. There is also an auto-draft you can sign up for that will deduct the dues from your account on a monthly basis.

• What amenities are included with the dues?

Maintenance of landscaped area including mowing the lawns and trimming of shrubs; Operation and maintenance of swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, playgrounds; Maintenance of all private streets and parking areas; Garbage removal; Subscription to Rural Metro for fire protection; Insurance on recreational facilities; Social fund; Night street lights; Management fee; and Reserve for replacement fund.
